Job Title: 1st Line Technical Support Agent
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Job Summary
Responsible for providing first-level technical support, troubleshooting basic technical issues, resolving user complaints, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate team.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide technical support via phone, email, or other channels.
Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, network, and system issues.
Log, track, and resolve support tickets promptly.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate technical team.
Follow up on unresolved issues and ensure user satisfaction.
Required SkillsBasic knowledge of IT systems, hardware, software, and networking.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Strong customer service skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with ticketing systems.
Location:Proximity to Ikoyi, Lagos, is very important.
SalaryN150,000 monthly.
