Job Description
Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned advertisers and agencies.
Onboard brands and agencies onto the platform.
Understand clients’ campaign objectives, target audiences, budgets and deliverables.
Review campaign briefs before they go live.
Ensure campaigns are correctly structured and communicated to creators.
Support advertisers in selecting suitable creators.
Monitor campaign progress and deliverables.
Coordinate communication between advertisers, creators and internal teams.
Resolve campaign-related issues and escalations.
Track campaign performance and provide clients with updates.
Prepare campaign reports and performance summaries.
Identify opportunities for clients to run additional campaigns.
Maintain strong relationships with key clients.
Gather client feedback and communicate product improvement opportunities.
