Description
SOW Real Estate is expanding its Port Harcourt operations and is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Architect/Site Manager to join our team.
If you have a strong eye for design, hands-on site management experience, and a passion for delivering quality real estate developments, we want to hear from you.
The Architect/Site Manager will be responsible for producing architectural designs and drawings, and overseeing day-to-day site operations to ensure projects are executed to specification, on schedule, and within budget.
Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare architectural designs, drawings, and 3D renders for proposed developments
Review and interpret building plans, structural drawings, and specifications
Supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities and contractors
Ensure construction work complies with approved designs, safety standards, and building regulations
Monitor project timelines, materials, and workmanship quality on site
Liaise with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to resolve design and construction issues
Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports for management
Ensure compliance with relevant town planning and regulatory requirements.
RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Sc/B.Arch) or related field
2-5 years' relevant experience in architectural design and site supervision, preferably within real estate or construction
Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar)
Strong understanding of building codes, construction methods, and safety standards
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Must currently reside in Port Harcourt.
SalaryN200,000 - N300,000 monthly.
