Supervise security operations across assigned client locations.
Monitor the performance, attendance, punctuality, discipline, and appearance of security guards and supervisors.
Conduct regular and unschedule site inspections.
Investigate security incidents and submit detailedS reports to management.
Work closely with HR and Operations on recruitment, disciplinary matters, and staff welfare.
Prepare daily, weekly, and montly operational reports.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and contribute to client rentention and satisfaction.
Qualification
Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor's / Master`s Degree.
