Job Title: Assistant Manager - Content

Role Summary
Lead the development of strategic, engaging and culturally relevant content across campaigns and digital platforms, ensuring strong storytelling, brand consistency and creative quality.
Key Deliverables & Responsibilities
Develop content strategies, concepts, narratives, calendars and campaign ideas aligned with brand objectives.
Lead copy, scripts, social content, branded content and other creative outputs from brief to execution.
Collaborate with Art, Strategy, Account and Production teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
Review, edit and improve team output, ensuring quality, originality, accuracy and consistency of brand voice.
Guide and develop junior content creatives while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
Use audience insights, cultural trends, content performance and emerging/AI tools to strengthen content effectiveness.
Participate in client presentations and contribute to pitches and new business opportunities.
Requirements & Competencies
Strong content strategy, copywriting, storytelling and creative conceptualization skills.
Excellent communication, editing, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
Creative, commercially aware and able to lead teams, manage deadlines and translate briefs into compelling content.
Proficient in relevant content, social media and AI tools;
Strong portfolio and 5+ years' relevant experience required.
