Job Description
Play a key role in accelerating the transformation of AXA Mansard’s offerings and services using digital channels and services, with emphasis on mobile app development.
Key Accountabilities / Result Areas Responsibilities
Strategy:Assess opportunities for application and process improvement and prepare documentation of rationale to share with team members and other stakeholders.
Drive automation of internal processes to ensure increased operational efficiency and improve user experience.
Assist in the collection and documentation of user’s requirements, development of user stories, estimates and work plans.
Provide high-level support to business users.
Contribute to the strategic direction for the organization to ensure the achievement of growth in Retail/Mass Market and improvement in User Experience.
Development:Design, develop, and unit test applications in accordance with established standards.
Prepare reports, manuals and other documentation on the status, operation and maintenance of software.
Maintain high standards of software quality within the AMIL Automation team by establishing good practices and habits.
Adhere to high-quality development principles while delivering solutions on-time and on-budget.
Performs routine health checks and monitors the performance of online and digital platforms, erver, network, and hosting environment.
Ensure continuous optimization of the effectiveness and experience of digital touch points.
Facilitates the training of Users and development of training materials to bridge knowledge gaps.
Ensure proper User Acceptance Testings are carried out on the development and launch of all products and features.
Package and support deployment of releases.
Develop, refine, and tune integrations between applications.
Analyze and resolve technical and application problems.
Research and evaluate a variety of software products.
Perform other duties as may be required from time to time
Qualifciations
A good University Degree in Computer Science, Mathematical Sciences, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or Computer Engineering.
Must have 5-8 years cognate experience in systems, web and mobile developments.
Requirements:Customer Service, Writing, Problem Solving & Presentation Skills.
Effective communication skills to engage clients, team members and partners
Knowledge of Investment Business
Strong work ethics
Collaboration.
Must be customer focused, entrepreneurial & fast-paced oriented
Basic level for excel database analysis.
Keen visual awareness
