 Job Title: Bank Teller

Locations: Abuja, Kano, Lagos, and Ibadan - Oyo

Employment Type: Full-time Paidjob posting Key Responsibilities

Process cash deposits, withdrawals, transfers, cheque transactions, and other banking services accurately and efficiently. Receive, count, verify, and balance cash and other negotiable instruments. Ensure compliance with the Bank’s operational policies, KYC requirements, AML regulations, and internal controls. Provide courteous and professional customer service, responding to enquiries and resolving routine complaints promptly. Verify customer identities and transaction documentation before processing transactions. Maintain accurate transaction records and reconcile the cash drawer at the end of each business day. Identify and report suspicious transactions, counterfeit currency, and operational irregularities to the appropriate supervisor. Maintain strict confidentiality of customer information and banking records. Collaborate with other branch staff to ensure smooth service delivery and achievement of branch targets. Perform other duties as assigned by the Branch Manager or Operations Manager.

Qualifications and Requirements

Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or HND in Accounting, Banking and Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

N83,000 - N150,000 per month.  Application Closing Date
