Job Title: Business Development Executive FindRecruiters
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Key Responsibilities
Identify and secure new business opportunities for the firm's consulting services.
Market the firm's payroll outsourcing, HR consulting, recruitment, training, and advisory services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs), corporate organizations, NGOs, and development partners.
Conduct regular client visits and presentations to generate new business.
Prepare and deliver compelling service proposals and company presentations.
Follow up on leads, inquiries, and proposals to increase conversion rates.
Gather market intelligence and identify emerging opportunities within the public and private sectors.
Represent the firm at networking events, conferences, and exhibitions.
Maintain an up-to-date database of clients, prospects, and business opportunities.
Achieve agreed monthly and annual sales targets.
Prepare weekly activity reports and monthly business development reports.
Requirements2–3 years' proven experience in business development or marketing within a consulting, HR, payroll, financial services, or professional services environment.
Demonstrable experience marketing payroll services, HR solutions, or related business services.
Experience working with or marketing to public sector organizations (Federal, State, or Local Government MDAs) is highly desirable.
Good knowledge of Abuja, its business districts, government institutions, and corporate organizations.
