Business Marketing Agents roles in Jahi District, Area 10, Garki District, and Kubwa, Bwari Area Council

Tryve Associates - Our client is an FCT’s Private Health Establishments Registration and Monitoring Committee (PHERMC) licensed clinic (out-patient) and diagnostics facility, which provides wide range of laboratory investigations and blood banking services. Also, primarily based in Garki District in Abuja-FCT with branches in Jahi and Kubwa.

As part of the implementation of its expansion program, through additional physical locations, investigation equipment, and extending its product offerings, the business marketing team requires additional competent and experienced personnel to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Marketing Agent (BMA)

Locations: Jahi District, Area 10, Garki District and Kubwa, Bwari Area Council
Employment Type: Contract (Part-time/Flexible)
Working Days: Report to the office on Mondays and any other day from Tuesday to Saturday,
Part-time/Flexible

Responsibilities

• Achieve marketing targets.
• Provide feedback to support the review of business plans to achieve growth targets.
• Work closely with the internal teams to identify customer needs and market trends.
• Liaise with the Office Manager to:
  • Maintain accurate records of marketing activities and client interactions.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations/proposals to potential clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in medical related marketing or related role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth 

Work Tools

• Official vehicle (limited availability for key prospects)
• Weekly allowance for voice & data.

Key Competencies:

• Sufficient understanding of and experience in the medical services ecosystem, its offerings and/or operations; more specifically:
  • Blood Banking:
    • Donor Management
    • Off-takers (including all the derivatives)
  • Referrals & Outsourcing Services:
    • Lab-to-Lab
    • Clinic/Hospital-to-Lab
    • Other Medical and Quasi-Medical organizations [additional onsite training to be provided]
• Good communication, negotiation, interpersonal and report writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a high level of integrity and professionalism.
• Strict adherence to company approved business identification and generation strategies.
• Good use of MS Word and Excel.
