DKT NIGERIA is actively recruiting for a Call Centre Agent position based in Lagos state. We are on the lookout for an intelligent, energetic, self-motivated, and dedicated individual to fill this role. The successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently handling both incoming and outgoing customer calls, providing accurate and satisfactory responses to family planning-related queries and concerns. They will need to identify and escalate priority issues to higher management, guide callers through family planning methods and product usage, and adhere to call center scripts when discussing topics related to family planning and sexual reproductive health. The role involves identifying customer needs, clarifying information, researching issues, and providing solutions or alternatives. Follow-up calls to customers may be required when necessary.
