We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team. The Caregiver will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and support to children aged between 3 months to 5 years in our nursery school. The ideal candidate will have a genuine love for working with children, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to creating a safe and stimulating environment for young learners.

Providing responsible care and maintaining impeccable hygiene and safety standards Ensuring a safe, sanitary and orderly environment Maintaining professional and positive relationships with parents, children, and staff Observing and monitoring children's progress and behaviour, and communicating with teachers, or parents/guardians as needed Assisting with meal times, toileting/diapering and other daily routines Cleaning up after the children Encouraging children to participate in all activities Collaborating with other caregivers and staff members to ensure the smooth operation of the nursery school Assisting in planning and implementing age-appropriate activities that promote the physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development of children.

Minimum certification OND or NCE Proficiency in oral and written English A positive attitude and a genuine passion for working with children Experience working with children, 5 years old or younger Creativity and willingness to sing, dance and be silly with young children Must possess exceptional listening skills, compassion and ability to keep composure Must be able to work effectively as part of a team Previous experience in a professional childcare environment is an added advantage Although not required, entry level auxiliary nursing experience will be an added advantage.

Must be willing to undergo medical screening Paediatric First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain certification) Safeguarding training (or willingness to undergo training).
