Job Title: Cash Officer

Locations: Akwa Ibom, Delta, Kaduna, and Ondo

Department: Banking Services/Operations Summary

We are hiring an experienced Cash Officer to manage cash transactions, vault operations, cash balancing and related branch cash activities while ensuring strong controls and compliance.

Coordinate cash receipts and payments within the branch. Manage vault and teller cash limits in line with approved policies. Monitor daily cash positions and movements. Ensure accurate daily cash balancing and reconciliation. Verify cash deposits and withdrawals. Coordinate cash evacuation and cash supply activities. Ensure proper custody of cash and security instruments. Monitor ATM cash loading and reconciliation where applicable. Investigate and resolve cash discrepancies. Prepare cash management reports. Ensure compliance with cash management, security and regulatory procedures.

Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field. 2–4 years’ banking operations experience. Strong knowledge of cash handling and branch operations. Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail. High level of integrity, accountability and risk awareness.
