The Cash Operations Officer is responsible for managing and monitoring cash-related transactions and ensuring efficient, accurate, and compliant cash operations within the branch.

Manage cash receipts, payments, transfers, and daily cash operations. Monitor branch cash levels and ensure adequate cash availability. Verify and process cash transactions in line with approved procedures. Reconcile cash balances and investigate discrepancies promptly. Ensure compliance with cash handling, KYC, AML, fraud prevention, and internal control requirements. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all cash transactions. Monitor cash movements and coordinate cash transfers in line with established procedures. Identify and report suspicious or irregular transactions. Support branch operations and provide timely assistance on cash-related enquiries.

HND/Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with a minimum of Lower Credit/Second Class Lower. Experience in cash operations, banking operations, teller services, or a related role is an advantage.     Strong numerical, analytical, reconciliation, and attention-to-detail skills. Ability to work accurately under pressure and adhere to strict operational controls. NYSC completion/exemption certificate, compulsory Age limit is 29 years or below Proximity to job location

Salary and Benefits

N200,000 / Month HMO, 13th Month and Leave allowance
