Job Title: Chief Security Officer
Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
Lead security operations and teams.
Conduct risk assessments and investigations.
Oversee CCTV, access control, and asset protection.
Collaborate with IT on cybersecurity risks.
Manage security of company vehicles, drivers, and deliveries.
Liaise with law enforcement and security service providers.
RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Security Studies, Criminology, Risk Management, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 7 years' experience in security management, corporate security, law enforcement, military, intelligence, or related roles.
Strong knowledge of physical security, investigations, risk management, loss prevention, emergency response, and cybersecurity.
Proven leadership and team management experience.
Relevant professional certifications are an added advantage.
