Role Summary


The Client Experience Coordinator will be the first point of contact for our esteemed clients, ensuring that every interaction reflects our luxury brand standards.
The ideal candidate must be a well-presented, articulate lady with excellent interpersonal skills, a strong sense of professionalism, and the ability to manage client relationships effectively.


Key Responsibilities


Welcome and attend to clients, providing a warm and professional luxury brand experience.
Assist clients with inquiries, appointments, and follow-ups, ensuring seamless service delivery.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure client needs are met promptly.
Maintain an updated record of client interactions and service feedback.
Support the execution of client engagement activities, events, and loyalty programs.
Handle confidential client information with discretion and integrity.
Uphold the visual and service standards of the brand in all client-facing activities.


Requirements


Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
Gender: Female (due to brand representation requirements).
Location: Must reside within Lekki or its environs.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and a client-focused mindset.
Well-groomed and presentable, with a high sense of style and professionalism.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Passionate about luxury brands and delivering premium client experiences.
Must be available to resume immediately.


Benefits


Salary: N100,000 - N170,000 monthly.
