Job Title: Client Relationship Officer
Locations: Ogun and Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
Understand clients’ needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve complaints promptly.
Identify opportunities for client retention, upselling, and business development.
Conduct regular client visits and maintain consistent communication.
Prepare reports on client activities, feedback, and relationship status.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services to clients.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
Support the achievement of customer retention and revenue targets.
RequirementsBachelor’s Degree / HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in client relationship management, customer service, sales, or business development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service and relationship management abilities.
Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Must be willing to travel within Oyo and Ogun States.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic reporting tools.
SalaryN170,000 Monthly.
