We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Collection/Members Services Officer to join our team in Abuja.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing instalment collections, serving as the primary liaison between clients and internal departments, and maintaining strong member relationships to ensure seamless service delivery.
Key ResponsibilitiesInstalment Collections: Proactively manage and collect scheduled payment instalments from clients, ensuring accurate tracking and timely follow-ups.
Client Liaison: Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal service teams to resolve inquiries and coordinate requests.
Member Relations: Build and maintain strong ongoing relationships with clients while effectively handling account communications.
Service Coordination: Ensure smooth collaboration across departments to deliver excellent client service.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of collections and client interactions, providing updates to management.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related fields
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
High level of organization and attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate smoothly across internal operational teams.
Prior experience in collections, customer service, or membership management is an advantage.
