Job Title: Compliance Officer

Job Summary
We are looking for a Compliance Officer to ensure that the company’s operations and business activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, statutory requirements, and internal policies.
Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Ensure required licences, permits, and regulatory documents are up to date.
Review business processes and identify potential compliance risks.
Maintain accurate compliance records and documentation.
Conduct regular compliance checks and report findings to management.
Assist in developing and implementing internal policies and procedures.
Keep track of changes in regulatory requirements that may affect the business.
Work with relevant departments to ensure compliance issues are properly addressed.
RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
2–3 years’ experience in compliance, risk management, legal, or a related role.
Good knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements.
Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
Experience in the real estate industry is an advantage.
SalaryN200,000 - N250,000 monthly.
