Job Summary
We are looking for a highly detail-oriented and disciplined Internal Control Officer to strengthen our operations across restaurant, bar, and hotel units.
Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor daily stock movement (inflow & outflow)
Ensure all stock issued is properly approved
Conduct routine and random checks across departments
Track usage vs sales trends
Identify and report stock variances or control breaches
Enforce compliance with all operational SOPs
RequirementsHND/BSc in Accounting, Business Admin or related field
2–4 years experience (hospitality/F&B is an advantage)
Strong attention to detail and integrity
Good knowledge of inventory control processes
