Job Title: Creative Assistant
Location: VGC - Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Part-time
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate on brainstorming and developing creative concepts for social media.
Assist with video filming, photography, and behind-the-scenes content capture.
Edit engaging short-form videos and visual content.
Manage, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
Research trends, hashtags, and growth strategies to boost engagement.
Coordinate logistics for shoots including props, outfits, and locations.
Support community management - responding to comments, DMs, and inquiries.
Provide on-set assistance during live sessions, shoots, and brand collaborations.
Track content calendars, deadlines, and partnership deliverables.
Handle light administrative tasks such as emails and scheduling.
RequirementsGenuine passion for social media, content creation, and pop culture/entertainment.
Proficient with editing tools such as CapCut, InShot, Canva or similar.
Strong knowledge of trends and best practices on Instagram, TikTok & YouTube.
Available for hybrid work - remote tasks + physical presence for shoots in Lekki.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
Ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude, creative mindset, and wilingness to learn.
