RequirementsDegree from a recognised tertiary institution.
A Master's Degree in Marketing or an MBA will be an advantage.
Minimum of 8 years experience in Advertising / BTL
Technical Skills:Concept Development
Design and Copywriting
High Creative Taste
Loves to leverage Artificial Intelligence
Curious about human behaviour
Ability to nurture talent through hands-on coaching. regular feedback, and professional development guidance.
