About the Role
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist to strengthen our digital presence, create engaging content, and generate quality business leads.
The ideal candidate should be skilled in content creation, graphic design, and digital marketing, with a strong understanding of how to attract and convert prospects.
Key ResponsibilitiesCreate and publish engaging graphics, videos, and written content across social media, email, and web platforms.
Develop and execute creative campaigns to grow and engage audiences on Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and other digital channels.
Drive lead generation initiatives through content marketing and digital campaigns.
Support lead conversion efforts through strategic follow-up and engagement.
Maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging marketing tools, and innovative lead generation strategies.
RequirementsInterested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree.
2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or lead generation.
Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools.
Strong knowledge of social media marketing, content planning, and performance analytics.
Excellent communication, copywriting, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a hybrid work environment.
SalaryN250,000 / Month.
