Our client, a reputable company located in Marina CMS, Lagos Island, is seeking a customer-focused Customer Care Representative to join their team. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally
Provide accurate information about products and services
Maintain positive customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
Document customer interactions and escalate issues where necessary
Support basic administrative and customer service operations
RequirementsMinimum of 1 year of experience in customer care, sales, or an administrative role
OND, HND, or BSc qualification
Must reside around Marina CMS, Lagos Island (e.g., Obalende, CMS, Ebute Metta, etc.)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Customer-oriented with a professional attitude.
SalaryN90,000 per month.
