Provide accurate information about products and services.
Maintain positive customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Document customer interactions and escalate issues where necessary.
Support basic administrative and customer service operations.
RequirementsOND, HND, or B.Sc qualification.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer care, sales, or an administrative role.
Must reside around Marina CMS, Lagos Island (e.g., Obalende, CMS, Ebute Metta, etc.).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Customer-oriented with a professional attitude.
SalaryN90,000 monthly.
