We are looking for a friendly, proactive, and customer-focused Customer Relations Officer to manage customer enquiries, maintain relationships, and ensure a positive customer experience.
ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, social media, and other channels.
Follow up with customers and potential customers.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Keep records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Encourage customer retention and repeat engagement.
Gather customer feedback and share insights with management.
RequirementsHND/Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
0-1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or a related role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, patient, and professional attitude.
Good use of WhatsApp, social media, and digital communication tools.
Good organizational and follow-up skills.
Must reside in Lagos State.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
SalaryN150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
