Position Overview

We are seeking an intelligent and customer-oriented Sales Attendant / CRM Officer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be tasked with delivering exceptional customer service, managing client relationships, processing payments, and issuing receipts.

Key Duties

Greet and assist walk-in customers promptly and professionally
Oversee customer relationships and maintain accurate CRM records
Handle sales transactions with precision
Generate receipts and manage basic record-keeping tasks
Support stock display and inventory management as needed

Qualifications

Minimum of an OND / HND qualification
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Fundamental understanding of sales processes and POS systems
Approachable, dependable, and detail-focused
Must reside in or near Tejuosho, Surulere.
