Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and proactive Customer Sales Representative to join our growing team in the catering utensils rentals business.
The ideal candidate is someone who loves connecting with people, can handle inquiries professionally, close sales with confidence, and ensure clients have a smooth and satisfying rental experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesAttend to walk-in, phone, and social media inquiries in a friendly and professional manner
Educate customers about our rental services, pricing, packages, and terms
Convert leads into confirmed bookings and follow up on pending ones
Coordinate bookings, ensure proper documentation, and prepare daily sales reports
Manage customer expectations, feedback, and handle minor complaints gracefully
Support dispatch/delivery schedules by communicating with operations team
Promote our brand positively across all client touchpoints
Upsell or recommend complementary rental items where appropriate
Maintain an organized customer database for follow-up and marketing
RequirementsOND/NCE/HND qualification (FEMALE)
At least 1 year of experience in customer service or sales (event or rental industry preferred)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Friendly, confident, and persuasive personality
Basic computer literacy (Excel, WhatsApp Business, email, etc.)
Good organization, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
Must be punctual, trustworthy, and proactive
Lives within close proximity to Yaba.
Working Hours:Monday - Friday (8am - 6pm)
Saturday (8am - 4pm).
