Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive, customer-focused, and detail-oriented professional to fill the position of Customer Service Advocate & Procurement Officer. The ideal candidate must have 2–3 years of relevant experience in both customer service and procurement, with the ability to manage customer inquiries, coordinate purchasing activities, maintain supplier relationships, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service:Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests.
Maintain positive customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Follow up on customer orders, deliveries, and service issues.
Maintain accurate customer records and prepare service reports.
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
Procurement:Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, reliability, and delivery timelines.
Request and compare quotations from vendors to obtain competitive pricing.
Prepare purchase orders and monitor procurement activities.
Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier databases, and purchasing documentation.
Ensure that purchases comply with company policies, approved budgets, and quality requirements.
Requirements and Qualifications
B.Sc., HND, or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Procurement and Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
Must have 2–3 years of relevant work experience in both customer service and procurement.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of supplier sourcing, purchasing procedures, and customer relationship management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to maintain accurate records.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and collaborate effectively with different departments.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability.
