Customer Service Agent

Duties


Craft and execute plantation strategies aligned with business goals.
Guide and oversee the plantation team to maximize performance.
Plantation Operations and Administration:
Supervise land preparation, planting, upkeep, and harvesting activities.
Apply Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) for cultivation, fertilization, pruning, and pest management.
Create and implement production plans to meet business objectives.
Optimize yield and quality of fresh fruit bunches (FFB).
Supervise harvesting operations and ensure efficient post-harvest handling.
Incorporate sustainable agriculture methods and adhere to industry regulations and standards.
Comprehensive understanding of oil palm cultivation techniques, growth requirements, and industry best practices.
Familiarity with common oil palm pests, diseases, and their control strategies.
Knowledge of soil health, nutrient needs, and appropriate fertilizer application methods.
Proficiency in farm machinery, equipment operation, and maintenance.
Understanding of irrigation systems and their management.
Guide and develop farm teams, promoting a culture of safety, quality, and productivity.
Oversee budgets, control expenses, and implement cost-reduction initiatives.
Enhance resource utilization, including workforce, machinery, and inputs.
Keep accurate records of farm activities and generate reports for management review.
Establish and nurture relationships with local suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Address and resolve technical issues arising in the plantation.
Implement best practices and stay current with industry advancements.


Qualifications


Candidates should hold a Bachelor's Degree and possess 3 - 5 years of relevant work experience.
