Job Summary
The customer service Representative serves as the first point of contact for clients and prospects, providing accurate information, resolving inquiries, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
ResponsibilitiesHandle customer complaints & enquiries professionally.
Maintain excellent customer relationships.
Input and update hospital database & handle correspondence
RequirementsOND / HND / B.Sc. Degree in Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field.
Minimum of 1 of experience in customer service.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft suite
Calm, patient, and empathetic personality with a client-first mindset.
SalaryN80,000 - N100,000 per month.
