Location: Lekki / Ajah, Lagos

Responsibilities
Attend to customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and social media.
Manage and respond to social media messages and comments.
Assist with creating and posting engaging social media content.
Maintain good relationships with customers.
Support the team with day-to-day administrative and customer service activities.
RequirementsFresh graduates and serving Corps Members are encouraged to apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be customer-focused, friendly, and professional.
Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content management.
Ability to respond to customer enquiries promptly.
Computer literacy is an added advantage.
Candidates residing around Lekki, Ajah, Sangotedo, or nearby areas are preferred.
