In October 2013, it was licensed as a State Wide Microfinance Bank and moved its Head Office to No. 4 Tinubu Street, Central Business District, Marina Lagos. Other branches are located at Mushin, Abattoir in Agege, Surulere and Arena.

Job Title: Customer Service Officer / Teller

Job Description
Process customer transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, payments, transfers, cashing checks and other routine banking operations.
Maintain and balance cash drawer and reconcile at the beginning and end of each day.
Verify customer identity, check transaction appropriateness, and escalate suspicious or non-standard activities.
Adhere to internal controls, policies, regulatory requirements, security procedures.
Maintain confidentiality of customer account information and promote positive customer relationships.
Provide information about the bank’s products and services, and refer customers to appropriate departments for more complex services.
QualificationsInterested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2 years experience.
