Job Summary:

As a Customer Service Representative, you\'ll provide exceptional service, address customer concerns, and ensure a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
Resolve customer complaints and feedback
Process reservations, takeout orders, and delivery requests
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Collaborate with staff to ensure seamless service
Answer questions about menus, promotions, and events
Handle loyalty program and customer retention initiatives

Requirements:

Previous customer service experience (minimum 2 Years)
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain patience

Desirable:

Hospitality certification or training
Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
Knowledge of restaurant operations and food safety protocols
