Job Description
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to attend to customers, resolve enquiries and complaints, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and other channels.
Handle complaints and provide prompt solutions.
Maintain positive relationships with customers.
Process customer requests and provide accurate information.
Keep records of customer interactions and feedback.
Support the team in achieving customer service goals.
RequirementsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused and problem-solving attitude.
Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
SalaryN65,000 - N75,000 Monthly.
