Key Responsibilities
Provide clear, professional information about products, services, pricing, and company policies via given tools.
Take orders, handle billing inquiries, calculate charges, and manage account cancellations or updates
Forward complex technical problems or unresolved grievances to management.
Listen actively to customer issues, de-escalate frustration with empathy, and process exchanges or replacements.
Keep up-to-date with company policies, new product releases, service updates, and troubleshooting guidelines
Required Qualifications and Skills
OND / HND.
1-3 years of experience.
Good communication skill.
Problem-solving skill.
Active listening and empathy.
Positive attitude and adaptability.
SalaryN70,000 / month.
