Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time Responsibilties

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media in a professional manner. Resolve customer complaints and provide timely, effective solutions. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Provide customers with accurate information about products, services, and company policies. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory resolution of their concerns. Process customer requests, account updates, and service-related transactions. Meet established performance targets, including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through excellent service delivery. Adhere to company policies, confidentiality requirements, and customer service standards.

Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree or HND qualification. Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role is an added advantage. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
