Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in the fashion industry. As an Online Sales Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our online customers across various social media platforms, including WhatsApp, Instagram, and TikTok.

Key Duties:

Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
Offer product information and recommendations to customers
Handle order processing, returns, and product exchanges as required
Leverage social media platforms to engage with customers and promote products
Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback

Qualifications:

Exceptional communication and customer service skills
Capacity to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
Proficiency with social media platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
Aptitude for effective teamwork
