Job Summary
We are seeking a customer-focused and articulate Customer Service Representative to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for attending to customer inquiries, resolving complaints, providing accurate information, and ensuring a positive customer experience across all communication channels.
RequirementsMinimum of OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in any course.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, customer support, front desk, or a related role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Ability to remain calm and professional when handling difficult customers.
Good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Experience using WhatsApp Business, CRM systems, or customer service platforms is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Must be customer-focused, patient, proactive, and professional
SalaryN120,000 Monthly.
