Location: Okota, Lagos
Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Job Overview
We are seeking a customer-focused and organised Customer Service Representative to manage customer enquiries, support sales, process orders, and assist with daily store operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesAttend to customers and drive in-store sales.
Process, pack, and dispatch orders.
Handle customer enquiries professionally.
Process payments and reconcile daily sales.
Maintain accurate sales, order, and inventory records.
Receive, arrange, and monitor stock.
Conduct stock counts and report discrepancies.
Prepare basic sales and inventory reports.
Keep the store clean and organised.
RequirementsPrevious experience in customer service, sales, retail, or a related role.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Comfortable using POS and inventory software.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Honest, reliable, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Must be available to work Monday–Saturday.
SalaryN100,000 - N150,000 / Month (Net)
