We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Representative to attend to customers, handle inquiries and resolve complaints
ResponsibilitiesRespond to customers inquiries via phone, WhatsApp and other communication Channel.
Provide customers with updates on their orders and deliveries.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
Gather Customer feedback and report issues to management.
RequirementsHND / B.Sc. in any related field of study
Previous customer service experience or restaurant experience is an advantage.
Must have a good Social Media service skill.
Good communication/attention to detail.
