Summary
We are seeking a friendly, confident and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Surulere.
The ideal candidate should be able to communicate effectively with customers, respond to enquiries and provide excellent service.
ResponsibilitiesAttend to customers professionally and courteously.
Respond to customer enquiries and complaints.
Provide accurate information about products and services.
Assist customers with purchases and general enquiries.
Follow up on customer requests when necessary.
Maintain good relationships with customers.
Support the team with other customer service and administrative duties.
RequirementsMinimum of an OND or equivalent qualification.
Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not compulsory.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Friendly, patient and customer-oriented personality.
Basic computer literacy.
Must reside in Surulere or nearby areas.
NYSC corps members (Corp members) are welcome to apply.
SalaryN50,000 monthly.
