Job Description
Attend to customers and respond to their enquiries.
Provide accurate information about products and services.
Assist customers in making suitable choices.
Process customer requests and orders.
Follow up with customers when necessary.
Maintain good relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when required.
Support the team in achieving daily and monthly sales targets.
RequirementsMinimum of an SSCE, OND/HND or equivalent qualification with 1-3 years experience.
Previous experience in customer service or sales is an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, confident, and customer-oriented.
Ability to work effectively in a team.
Good attention to detail and a positive attitude.
SalaryN70,000 monthly.
