Job Title: Data Entry Officer

Job Purpose
Daily updating of bin cards, gather data and capture information timely and accurate manner from various sources into databases.
This also include extracting information from business units and storing hard copies.
Core Responsibilities and Key Result Areas
Gathering suppliers’ invoices/waybill, GTN for all Pie Production Units, Central kitchen & Chicken Republic stores, respectively.
Type in data provided directly from customers.
Create spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakes.
Verify data by comparing it to source document i.e., Bin cards/Excel.
Update existing data i.e., Bin cards/Excel.
Identify errors, and swiftly bring them to the attention of relevant parties where necessary.
Correcting errors and organizing the information in a manner that will optimize swift and accurate capturing.
Retrieving data from the database or electronic files as requested.
Informing relevant parties regarding errors encountered.
Storing hard copies of data in an organized manner to optimize retrieval.
Additional duties as assigned.

Job Specifications
Educational Requirements:BA, BS or B.Com Degree required (Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics).
Experience Requirements:0-3+ years of warehouse or other relevant experience.
