Job Summary
We are looking for a knowledgeable and engaging Data Management Tutor to teach learners the fundamentals and practical applications of data management.
The tutor will be responsible for delivering structured lessons, simplifying technical concepts, and helping learners develop practical skills in handling, organising, analysing, and managing data.
Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver engaging lessons on data management concepts, tools, and best practices.
Teach learners how to collect, organise, clean, store, and manage data effectively.
Provide practical training in databases, spreadsheets, data organisation, and basic data analysis.
Create lesson plans, exercises, assignments, and practical projects appropriate to the learner’s level.
Monitor learners’ progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
Ensure classes are conducted professionally, punctually, and in line with the school’s teaching standards.
RequirementsBachelor’s degree or relevant qualification in Data Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related field.
Practical knowledge of data management principles and tools.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with databases such as SQL/MySQL.
Experience with data cleaning, organisation, storage, and basic analysis.
Previous teaching or tutoring experience is an advantage.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to simplify technical concepts for learners.
Reliable internet connection and a suitable device for online teaching.
