Debt Retrieval Specialist - SCALE

Position Overview


SCALE is Renda's Value-Added Services (VAS) and Credit platform that facilitates crucial mobility solutions including vehicle repairs, fueling, insurance, CNG conversion, and financing.
Through SCALE, we assist drivers, fleet owners, and operators by providing access to customized financial and operational services.
We are in search of dedicated and results-driven Loan Collection/Recovery Agents to facilitate timely loan repayments and enforce agreed-upon repayment terms. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, tenacity, and a commitment to maintaining professionalism while achieving results.


Primary Responsibilities


Interact directly with SCALE beneficiaries to collect outstanding loan repayments.
Inform beneficiaries about repayment terms, schedules, and the consequences of default.
Negotiate and record revised payment plans when necessary.
Maintain precise records of repayment efforts and submit daily activity reports.
Escalate unresolved or high-risk accounts in accordance with internal recovery protocols.
Work in conjunction with finance, risk, and VAS teams to reconcile account statuses.
Ensure all recovery efforts adhere to company policies and regulatory standards.


Performance Metrics (KPIs)


Loan recovery percentage
Conversion rate of repayment promises to actual payments
Quantity of successful recoveries per time period
Precision and promptness of recovery reports
Adherence to escalation and documentation procedures


Essential Qualifications & Requirements


3-5 years of experience in loan collection, debt recovery, or credit control.
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
High standards of professionalism, integrity, and persistence.
Capability to work autonomously, manage multiple accounts, and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with basic reporting tools (e.g., Google Sheets, Excel).
Fluency in English (proficiency in local languages is a plus).
