Digital Marketing Operations Specialist, Lagos

In addition, our prolific manpower cuts across the 36 states in Nigeria. After successfully gaining ground in all the 36 states of the federation, we are gradually spreading our tentacles to other African Nations. We are currently registered to also do business in Ghana. We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

Location: Lagos (Hybrid)
Job Type: Contract (6 months), with opportunity for permanent role

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage digital campaigns across Meta, Google, X (Twitter), and LinkedIn
• Create and test landing pages, lead magnets, and opt-in flows
• Monitor and optimize CAC, CTR, ROAS, and other funnel metrics
• Manage weekly newsletters and marketing automation flows
• Develop onboarding, upsell, and re-engagement sequences
• Segment lists and run A/B tests to improve email performance
• Deliver weekly and monthly reports on subscriber growth, email performance, campaign ROI, and engagement
• Use insights to guide continuous campaign improvement
• Work with editorial and design to amplify issue launches, podcast rollouts, and social storytelling
• Partner with sales and comms to support branded content campaigns and partnerships.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, ideally withinmedia, tech, or a fast-paced digital company
• Comfortable managing and optimizing paid campaigns across Meta,Google, and other platforms
• Skilled at email marketing and marketing automation (e.g. Mailchimp orsimilar)
• Understand the fundamentals of growth loops, conversion funnels, andaudience engagement
• Creative and analytical—you care about design and storytelling asmuch as performance
• Experience growing newsletter audiences or converting readersinto paying subscribers.

Salary
N550,000/month.
