Job Description
We are seeking smart, confident, and results-driven Direct Sales Agents to join its growing sales team.
ResponsibilitiesMarket and sell travel packages, including group tours, private vacations, and visa services.
Identify and engage potential clients through direct sales, field marketing, and referrals.
Conduct corporate visits and pitch travel services to businesses and organisations.
Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Promote travel packages through offline marketing activities, networking, and strategic partnerships.
Meet assigned monthly sales targets and submit regular sales activity reports.
RequirementsMinimum HND/BSc in any discipline with 1-2 years experience.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Must be confident, proactive, and target-driven.
Must reside in Lagos and be willing to engage in field sales activities.
Previous experience in sales, marketing, or business development is an added advantage.
Experience in the travel and tourism industry is an advantage but not compulsory.
RemunerationMonthly Salary: N150,000 (excluding sales commission)
Monthly Transport Stipend: N50,000 monthly.
