About the Role
We are seeking a reliable, professional, and experienced Driver to support our operations across guest and client transport, deliveries, and general errands.
The ideal candidate is punctual, discreet, and takes pride in representing the HOP Services brand on and off the road.
Key ResponsibilitiesSafely transport guests, and clients to and from designated locations in a timely and professional manner.
Handle delivery runs and errands as assigned by management across all business units.
Maintain the cleanliness, roadworthiness, and general upkeep of assigned vehicle(s) at all times.
Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel usage, and vehicle conditions.
Ensure the comfort, safety, and confidentiality of all passengers at all times.
Report vehicle faults, accidents, or maintenance needs to management promptly.
Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations.
Assist with loading and offloading of items where required.
Represent HOP Services with professionalism, courtesy, and discretion at all times.
Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum of an SSCE/OND or equivalent qualification.
Minimum of 5 years of professional driving experience, preferably in a corporate, hospitality, or service-oriented environment.
Valid Nigerian driver's licence (with a clean driving record).
Strong knowledge of Port Harcourt routes and environs; familiarity with other states is an advantage.
Ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles.
Physically fit, alert, and able to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, and weekends where required.
Excellent time management and communication skills.
Trustworthy, discreet, and of sound character with no criminal record.
