Key Responsibilities
Teach English Language and Literature to secondary school students.
Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, tests, and examinations.
Assess and monitor students’ academic progress.
Maintain effective classroom discipline and engagement.
Participate in school activities, meetings, and other academic duties.
Support students in developing strong reading, writing, grammar, and literary analysis skills.
RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in English, Literature, Education, or a related field.
Relevant teaching qualification is an added advantage.
Proven teaching experience at the secondary school level.
Strong knowledge of English Language and Literature.
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
Ability to prepare effective lesson plans and deliver engaging lessons.
Passion for teaching and supporting students’ academic development.
Must be responsible, organized, and professional.
