Job Summary
We are seeking a competent and detail-oriented Estate Surveyor to join our team in Port Harcourt.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting land measurements, preparing survey reports, and providing accurate data to support construction and development projects.
Key ResponsibilitiesConduct land and site surveys using modern surveying equipment.
Prepare and maintain accurate survey data, maps, and reports.
Establish reference points and benchmarks for construction projects.
Interpret construction drawings and provide technical input.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.
Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers.
Monitor and verify construction progress against survey data.
Maintain proper documentation of all survey activities.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Estate Management and valuation with some field experience / Post NYSC.
3–5 years relevant experience in real estate.
Strong knowledge of land laws and surveying standards.
Ability to operate modern surveying instruments.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Additional Requirements:Professional certification or registration with relevant bodies (ESVARBON or NIESV) Is an added advantage.
SalaryN150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
